If the government does not implement its program, should it resign? - MP from the ruling party

There is no government in the world that implements its program 100 percent, therefore the question arises: if the government does not fulfill its program, should it resign, or should it await the judgment of the people? This was stated by MP Hovik Agazaryan from the ruling Civil Contract party in an interview with NEWS.am.

"We have been guardians of our sisters and brothers in Artsakh. Our strength has not matched, our intellect has not matched, our possibilities have not matched. When the next or extraordinary elections come, you will dismiss us, and you will solve those problems yourself. You will return to Artsakh, and then perhaps you will resolve the issue of Kars, and so on. The government’s failure to implement its program should be the problem of the ruling party. If this Prime Minister and his team cannot fulfill their established program, then they should make changes within themselves," he stated.

Agazaryan announced that they are preparing for the upcoming elections: "When the time for elections comes, you as a political force must present yourself, because if the people give you a different assessment and bring a new force to power, it should be clear in those relations where the government and the state are heading. We are not afraid of losing in elections."
