I believe what people are saying: this is what Vazgen Galstanyan stated in an interview with journalists, commenting on the possible arrest of MP Garnik Danielyan, which he considers to be abduction.
“If they abduct Garunik, then they should pay us to get him back,” he concluded with a laugh.
