Trump Blames Biden for the Presence of Russian Warships in Cuba

Former U.S. President Donald Trump stated that "the weakness of current American leader Joe Biden has led to the presence of Russian warships in Cuba" during an event in Florida celebrating his 78th birthday.
"We have Russian warships and nuclear submarines surrounding Cuba 60 miles (95.5 km) from the coast of Florida, and this is solely because Biden's weakness puts us in serious danger," Trump said.
According to the former president, Russian President Vladimir Putin does not respect Biden. It is noteworthy that on June 12, a group of Russian naval forces arrived in Cuba, featuring the frigate Admiral Gorshkov and the Kazan nuclear submarine. They will remain in Cuba until June 17.
