Russian Side Reports Number of Troops Lost by Ukrainian Armed Forces in One Direction

Russian "Zapad" troops have managed to capture more advantageous positions in the area of the special military operation. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

It is noted that the Ukrainian armed forces have lost up to 495 soldiers in that direction. Previously, it was reported that Russian aviation struck a temporary deployment point of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kharkiv region, which also housed foreign mercenaries. According to its sources, the deployment point was identified following information from agents and aerial reconnaissance over the village of Bugayevka in the Chuguyevsky district.

After that, the Russian Armed Forces' aviation carried out a strike at the site. The airstrike not only destroyed Ukrainian soldiers but also foreigners, emphasized Marochko.

Additionally, captured Ukrainian soldier Yuri Vodyan has revealed that American and Polish mercenaries are serving in the Ukrainian Armed Forces as assault troops. The soldier noted that foreign mercenaries receive at least twice as much salary as their Ukrainian counterparts. Another advantage is the possibility of terminating the contract with Abu at any moment and going home.
