“Does Suren Papikyan’s department lack bullets, or for what purpose is the 889,000 dram bullet intended? Perhaps this large batch of ammunition from a private store is meant for some sharpshooters. The newspaper 'Hayots Ashkharh' will try to clarify these questions in the near future.
