Publicly I say: don’t even greet the police. Don’t have pity on anyone, but don’t greet them either; disregard them and move on. This was announced by Bishop Bagrat on Baghramyan Avenue.

“We say the police are ours, we say everything, that you are normal people, yes, you should have respect, but looking down from above, it’s simply hooliganism. Disregard those people; they bring home bread stained with blood. Those policemen who torture people and insult them with the most vile words are hooligans. Yesterday you should have seen their revelry as they went home,” he stated.
