Video: The Initiative to Start Border Demarcation from Tavush is Equal for Both Azerbaijan and Armenia – Pashinyan

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan assured journalists that not a single millimeter of Armenia's sovereign territory has been ceded or will be ceded.

"Not a single millimeter of Armenia's sovereign territory is subject to bargaining," he said.

Pashinyan emphasized that the issue of the vital occupied territories of the 32+1 villages of Armenia has never been removed from the negotiating table and will not be removed.

"What is on the table is that now the border demarcation commissions are coordinating the regulations for their joint work, which must be signed and then go through domestic procedures, and based on that, the border demarcation should continue. Where this demarcation should continue must be reached by consensus," he stated.

Pashinyan mentioned that the initiative to start the demarcation from Tavush is equal for both Azerbaijan and Armenia.

"I believe that among other things, the most effective means of ensuring the security of Voskepar is a demarcated border, including in Kiran and other villages. We are interested in this process continuing in the same logic," the Prime Minister noted.
