Short-Term Rain and Thunderstorms Expected in Armenia

From June 12-14, and on the 16th after noon, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in various regions of the Republic of Armenia, with possible hail in some areas. On June 15, dry weather is forecasted.

This information is provided by the National Center for Hydrometeorology and Monitoring of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The wind will be from the west at 2-5 m/s, with gusts expected to reach 18-23 m/s during thunderstorms. The air temperature is expected to gradually rise by 5-7 degrees from June 12-16.

In Yerevan, short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible on June 12-13, with wind gusts reaching 16-20 m/s during storms. Today, the temperature in the capital is expected to be between 29-31 degrees during the day and 20-22 degrees in the evening.
