Azerbaijani Armed Forces Soldier Arrested in Armenia's Territory: Media

An Azerbaijani Armed Forces soldier has reportedly gone missing after allegedly crossing the border into Armenia and being arrested, according to several Azerbaijani media outlets.

It is noted that the soldier was apprehended near the village of Areni in Vayots Dzor province. Neither the Ministry of Defense of Armenia nor the National Security Service have officially confirmed the information at this time.

Meanwhile, Sputnik Azerbaijan reports that soldier Jeyhun Huseynov has disappeared under unclear circumstances in Nakhchivan.
