Haterk Village Head Arrested in a Disturbing Manner from His Own Vehicle, Lawyer Claims

Armen Hovhannisyan, the village head of Haterk, Vardan Grigoryan, has been arrested in a disturbing manner from his own vehicle near Byurakan, according to lawyer Ruben Melikyan.
“We are currently trying to verify the information that the arresting officers left Mr. Grigoryan's young children alone in the car. Alone. On the road,” he wrote.
