Damaged Manhole Causes Car Fire in Yerevan

On June 10, an emergency incident occurred in Yerevan. At around 17:10, 45-year-old Vahagn Grigoryan, a resident of Yerevan, fell into a damaged manhole while driving his "VAZ 217030" car at the intersection of Garegin Nzhdeh and Sevan streets, subsequently moving forward, which led to a fire starting in the vehicle.

It is noted that before the arrival of the firefighters, the driver and bystanders attempted to combat the flames. The firefighters who arrived at the scene carried out firefighting operations.

Fortunately, there were no injuries reported as a result of the accident-fire incident.
