During My Negotiations, Azerbaijan Didn't Ask for Anything: Vitali Balasanyan
Until the end of 2022, I was the one negotiating with Azerbaijan; during my negotiations, they did not ask for anything. This was stated by Vitali Balasanyan, the former Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh, in a conversation with reporters on Baghramyan Avenue.
"We currently have no contact with Azerbaijan, and it is the responsibility of the political leadership of the Armenian government to maintain that contact. Let Nikol Pashinyan deny that I have not only once but 11 times expressed my willingness to serve and do whatever is required of me. Since January 2023, I have held no official position, and since then, I do not know what negotiations have taken place. However, I was the one conducting negotiations until the end of December 2022. During my negotiations, Azerbaijan did not demand anything," he said.
