Gas Oil LLC Operated a Gasoline and Gas Station Without Proper Authorization

Gas Oil LLC has been operating a gasoline and gas station without having the necessary rights, according to Hetq.

The media outlet has determined that the company, founded in December 2021, has faced various restrictions since the beginning of 2023. The latest restriction was imposed just hours before an explosion on June 6.

In February, the station's operations were halted due to the lack of a positive conclusion from an expert examination. On February 14, 2024, the company was held administratively liable by a regulatory body, resulting in a one-month posting of a notice at the station stating, “We were fined for undercharging.”

In 2022, Gas Oil LLC was fined twice in the same amount of 2 million 44 thousand drams for violating cash register operation rules.
