We Must Be Prepared for War Until 2029, Says German Defense Minister

Russia's military economy is working towards a new conflict. This was stated by Germany's Defense Minister Boris Pistorius, according to TASS.

“Russia has long since transitioned to a military economy and continues to arm itself. One should not believe that Putin will stop at Ukraine's borders. We must be prepared for war until 2029. We need to understand that Russia's victory will ultimately cost us all more than our current support for Ukraine,” he said.

According to the head of Germany's Defense Ministry, Russia poses a threat to Georgia, Moldova, and ultimately NATO. “That is why we must continue to support Ukraine. A reduction in our support will have catastrophic consequences, and not just for Ukraine's air defense,” he added.
