Why Emin Yeritsyan Joined the Authorities: It Wasn't Just Like That

The newspaper 'Pasta' reports that tensions continue in the Parakar community. Recently, another shameful incident occurred here. About two weeks ago, the 'Living Country' faction initiated the impeachment process against the community leader, David Minasyan. However, this did not take place, as Minasyan resigned, and days later, the community council elected a new leader.

Independent council member Emin Yeritsyan joined the impeachment process but, at the last moment, switched sides to support the ruling party candidate. According to our information, Yeritsyan's decision was not made lightly. Sources from the newspaper indicate that the authorities promised him to overlook certain financial issues related to his wife, Natalya Lapauri's activities, connected to the EU's 'Alliance for Sustainable and Green Governance' project worth 4 million euros, which is managed by his wife.

Incidentally, there are reports that the relevant authorities have also noticed certain issues in the Communities Union led by Yeritsyan.
