Large Fire Erupts Near Arabkir Church
Today, on June 4, a large fire broke out in Yerevan. At around 20:00, the National Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received a call reporting that a fire was visible on the top floor of a newly constructed high-rise building located behind the Arabkir Church on Nairi Zaryan Street in the Arabkir district.
Shamshyan reports that the cause of the fire and the identity of the building's owner and developer are still being determined. Emergency services from Gazprom Armenia, Transgaz, and the Yerevan City Gas Company are also on-site, along with a duty crew of Yerevan's emergency medical services.
According to preliminary information, there are no reported injuries.
