We have a broad mutual understanding on several issues regarding the normalization of relations with Turkey. This was stated today by Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan during the presentation of the 2023 budget execution in the National Assembly.

“It is time to see the agreements being implemented on the ground,” said Mirzoyan.
