houses 1-369 in Noraguyugh and adjacent non-residential subscribers, building 53/1 on A. Avetisyan St., building 12/12 on Vagharsyan St., school No. 148, houses 5/28-108 on Ghapantsyan St., buildings 11-16 on Lepsius St., buildings 59/6-61 on Komitas Ave., buildings 3-9 on Shahsuwaryan St., buildings 8, 10 on Bhashinjaghyan 1st lane, Karapetyan St., "Yerevan Olympic Reserve State Sports College" organization, Manukyan St., Nor Norq 7th neighborhood: buildings 23, 24, 25, 26 on H. In Ararat Region:
10:00-13:00 - in Vedi city, partial interruptions on Kasyan, Aram Yeghiyan, and Nikoghosyan streets and nearby non-residential subscribers, partially in Voskekap and Aygevan villages;
10:30-12:30 - partial interruption in Masis village;
13:00-15:00 - partial interruption in Dimitrov village.

In Kotayk Region:
11:00-14:00 - partial interruption in Yeghvard city and nearby non-residential subscribers,
11:00-16:00 - in Jrajev village and nearby non-residential subscribers, partially in Ptgni village, summer houses in Jrajev-Dzoragbyur.

In Gegharkunik Region:
11:00-14:00 - in Chambarak city: Gardmani, G. Nzhdehi, Byron, H. Nadyaran, Charentzi, Komitas, Mashtots, and September 21 streets and nearby non-residential subscribers.
