Israeli Army Conducts Raids

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched raids on the western bank of the Jordan River last night to arrest suspects involved in terrorist activities, according to the Israeli Walla news portal, as reported by RIA Novosti.

Israeli soldiers initiated operations in Jenin, where explosions were reported and gunfire erupted. IDF forces are also active in the city of Nablus, searching for a suspect accused of carrying out a terrorist act that resulted in injuries to Israeli personnel.

According to the portal, the entrances and exits to the city are blocked. Israeli soldiers are searching for a terrorist who attacked a vehicle transporting soldiers last week while driving a truck.

Walla reports that during the night’s operations, two terrorists were discovered and eliminated in Jericho, where they had thrown incendiary bottles. Previously, the IDF announced that the commander of a Hamas headquarters had been neutralized on the West Bank.
