Russia and Ukraine Continue Mutual Strikes

The Ukrainian side has reported that Russian forces struck the city of Balakliia in Kharkiv in the morning. There are casualties among the civilian population, including children. There are reports of casualties in Novobavarsk as well.

Ukraine's Minister of Energy German Galushchenko stated that the Russian armed forces have targeted energy facilities in Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kirovohrad, and Ivano-Frankivsk.
