The CQP Moves to Hanrapetutian Street: What Will the Monthly Rent Be?

The government decided in its meeting today to lease a non-residential space of 843.83 square meters located at 47 Hanrapetutian Street in the center of Yerevan for a period of 10 years through a rental competition. The minimum monthly rent for the property is set at 10.3 million drams.

Earlier, the media reported that the ruling 'Civil Contract' party has a new office near the Government building. Renovation works have been ongoing for several months in the two-story building at 47 Hanrapetutian Street, which is state-owned, and they are at the final stages.

The CQP has rented the 843 square meter building since 2022. It is assumed that after the renovation, it will serve as the central office of the CQP, as it is located about 70 meters away from the Government building. The party's main office is currently situated at the end of Sayat Nova Avenue.

Years ago, the office of the Prosperous Armenia party, led by Gagik Tsarukyan, was located in the rented area. Behind that building, on Melik Adamyan Street, is the central office of the Republican party. The HHD office is also nearby the new CQP office.
