Azerbaijan Actively Prepares to Use COP29 Against Armenia, Says Hayrapetyan

Azerbaijan is actively preparing to use COP29 against Armenia. This was stated by Azerbaijani expert Tatevik Hayrapetyan.

“Recently, information was published in the Azerbaijani media, including state television, regarding a number of so-called non-governmental organizations (i.e., entities operating under state directives) that are preparing a map illustrating how ‘Armenia endangers the ecology of the region.’ This map will be published in three languages—Azerbaijani, English, and Russian. Furthermore, it has been noted that the map will utilize various rivers and locality names in the Republic of Armenia that are ‘Azerbaijani’,” she said.

This is not a new trend; I raised alarms about this back in August of last year and even prepared a report on how to counter Azerbaijan’s claims. This was before Nikol Pashinyan allowed the aggressor and dictator Aliyev to host this important international conference. Let me remind you that Armenia had the opportunity to be the host country,” Hayrapetyan added.
