Vahagn Chakhalyan is Free

Vahagn Chakhalyan is free. The investigator's motion was partially granted, and an alternative measure of restraint was applied. The decision will be appealed to the RA Court of Appeal. This was stated by lawyer Vahan Hovhannisyan on his Facebook page.

It is worth noting that Chakhalyan had been detained for 72 hours.
