Zelensky Highlights Key Tense Points on the Frontline and Number One Issue
Today, the focus is primarily on the front, particularly in the areas where the risks of Russian offensive actions are highest. This statement was made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
“Ukrainian defensive operations are being carried out in the Kharkiv region, in areas around Strilecha, Krasnoe, Morokhovets, Oleynikovo, Lukyantsi, Khatyshe, and Pletenevka villages. These are border villages. For two days now, Ukrainian forces have been conducting counter-offensive operations there to protect Ukrainian territory,” he said.
“The situation also remains particularly tense in the Donetsk region, specifically in the Pokrovsk direction—Semyonovka, Netailovo. More than 30 military clashes occur there daily. It is extremely difficult. Of course, we are also paying attention to all our defensive operations in other directions: Kup'yans'ke, Lymans'ke, Sivers'ke, Kramators'ke, and Vremev'ske,” he added.
He emphasized that thwarting Russian offensive intentions is the number one issue.
