Local media report that there are people trapped under the rubble. There is a possibility that the building may collapse further, and residents are being evacuated. Emergency services are working at the scene.

It has been reported that the roof of the multi-storey building collapsed during the debris cleanup, with dozens of people working at the site of the entrance collapse despite the risk. As a result of the entrance collapse in Belgorod, 20 people have been injured. Telegram channels are reporting at least seven fatalities.
