A missile has crashed into a residential building in Belgorod, causing one of the entrances of the multi-story building to collapse. Reports indicate that there are casualties, including children. Rescue teams are on their way to the scene.

At least 15 people may be trapped beneath the rubble of the collapsed entrance in Belgorod, with the risk of an entire ten-story building potentially collapsing, media sources report.
