Bagrati Bishop Advises Armenian Authorities

Bagrati Bishop has advised the authorities of Armenia to read the 50th Psalm and contemplate what they will do until the movement and its participants reach Republic Square.

“Let them read it from start to finish, let them learn it by heart,” said Galstanyan. He reiterated that this is a movement of consensus, one that can only be unacceptable to the devil.

“We are not making demands; you should make your decision,” the Bishop addressed the Armenian authorities.

He emphasized that so many people have gathered in Republic Square to voice their opinions. Referring to the citizens' enthusiasm, the Bishop stated, “These enlightened people have lived in humiliation and unhappiness for the last four years, our biography has been severed from us. This people is showing that they do not accept this.”
