NSS Statement to Supporters of the 'Tavush for the Homeland' Movement
The National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia urges supporters of the 'Tavush for the Homeland' movement, which began on April 4, 2024, to maintain legality and not violate the rule of law.
This was stated in a message released by the NSS.
"Emphasizing the mission of the National Security Service to protect the constitutional order from any violations, we note that any illegal behavior threatening the constitutional order will be neutralized using the entire toolkit provided by law," the statement said.
It is reminded that today, on May 9, a march heading to Yerevan will start from Abovyan city at 11:00 AM.
This was announced by the leader of the march, Bishop Bagrat.
Those fighting against delimitation, led by the Primate of the Tavush Diocese, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, are walking from Kiriants to Yerevan.
In the capital, they are holding a rally today.
