This is a fight for the homeland. The 'Shirak for the Homeland' movement has initiated an awareness automobile march in Gyumri to support the members of the 'Tavush for the Homeland' movement, who have been marching on foot from Kiran since May 4 towards Yerevan.

'It is time to wake up, to unite, and this is not a political fight; it is a fight for the homeland. This government is incompetent; they are only ready to sell out for their chair and benefit. They are doing nothing for the homeland where we live,' said a participant.

On May 8 at 10:00 AM, the 'Shirak for the Homeland' movement will organize a march towards Yerevan.

It should be noted that the joint commissions on border demarcation between Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed on April 19 to start the demarcation from the Tavush region. The description of the respective segments of the border will be prepared taking into account the clarification of coordinates resulting from geodetic measurements in the area, which should be completed by May 15, 2024.
