Video: Police Block Road, Allow Only Residents to Enter Kiran

Currently, there is a tense situation near the village of Kiran. Police forces have blocked the road, preventing attendees from entering the village.

They state that only the residents of Kiran can enter the village.

Present on the scene are National Assembly members Artur Sargsyan and Garnik Danielyan. The Primate of the Tavush Diocese, Bagrat Srpazan, is negotiating with the police to allow people to enter Kiran.
