Video: Snow Falls in Moscow as Temperatures Drop to -0.2°C

Snow has fallen in Moscow. Evgeny Tishkovets, a leading specialist at the Phobos weather center, reported that snowfall has been recorded at all weather stations in Moscow, with temperatures dropping to -0.2°C.

According to Tishkovets, such anomalies in the region occur no more than once every 25 years, as reported by lenta.ru. It is noted that currently, daytime temperatures in the Russian capital are expected to rise to four degrees Celsius. Winds are forecasted to strengthen up to 14 m/s.
