Dates of School Final Exams Announced

The Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Armenia has approved the schedule for the assessment of students’ knowledge, final, and state final exams for the 2023-2024 academic year.

In the 4th grade, knowledge assessments will take place for the following subjects:

• Native Language (written, test) - June 7, 2024
• Mathematics (written, test) - June 11, 2024
• Russian language (oral) for students in Russian language classes - during the exam period
• Native Language and Literature (oral) for students in national minority classes - during the exam period

In the 9th grade, exams will be held for the following subjects:

• Armenian Language (written, test) - June 4, 2024
• Mathematics (written, test) - June 10, 2024
• Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography - as chosen by the student, written, test) - June 17, 2024
• Armenian History and Literature (a single essay) in Tavush region educational institutions - June 20, 2024
• Armenian History (oral) - during the exam period
• Literature (oral) - during the exam period
• Foreign languages (Russian, English, French, German, and other languages of the student’s choice, oral) - during the exam period
• Russian language (oral) for students in Russian language classes - during the exam period
• Physical Education (assessment) - during the exam period
• Native Language and Literature (oral) for students in national minority classes - during the exam period

In the 12th grade, state final exams will be conducted for the following subjects:

• Armenian Language and Armenian Literature (written) - June 6, 2024
• Mathematics (written) - June 12, 2024
• Armenian History (written) - June 19, 2024
• Russian language (oral) for students in Russian language classes - during the exam period
• Native Language and Literature (oral) for students in national minority classes - during the exam period
• Physical Education (assessment) - during the exam period
