Sevan Mental Health Center Addresses Document on Pashinyan's Mental Health

Today, a document bearing the official seal of the Sevan Mental Health Center is circulating on the internet, expressing concern over Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's mental health and proposing that the National Assembly initiate an impeachment process.

ArmLur.am contacted the Sevan Mental Health Center to confirm whether the document being circulated in their name is genuine and whether they have indeed approached the National Assembly. The center has reported that the document is fake and they are preparing to contact law enforcement regarding this matter.

Arthur Khalafyan, acting director of the Sevan Mental Health Center, stated, “A false and fabricated document has been circulated in the name of the RA Ministry of Health’s ‘Sevan Mental Health Center,’ which has no connection to our institution. We hope that law enforcement will take all possible measures to uncover the fraud.”
