Government Responds to Archbishop Bagrat's Statement

The Information and Public Relations Department of the Prime Minister’s Office of Armenia has responded to the statement made by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan of the Tavush Diocese, which claimed that high-ranking members of the Civil Contract party are sending internal messages on how individuals can join their movement.

“It is absurd to address such a question. It is sad to state the fact that lies and deceit have reached the level of the Armenian Apostolic Church's archbishopric,” the Prime Minister's office stated in response to a question from Armenpress.
