Video: All Arrested Residents of Kiran Released

All residents of Kiran who had been taken into custody have been released. Earlier, it had been reported that 31 citizens were taken to the territorial division of the police in Tavush province.

All those detained were taken to the police under Article 182 of the RA Criminal Code (Failure to comply with a lawful requirement of a representative of authority).
