During Dinner at a Restaurant, Man Pulls Out a Gun from His Bag and Accidentally Fires: Victim Dies
On April 29 at 19:41, the director of a restaurant called the operational management center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and reported that he had heard a gunshot and that one of the customers was injured. At 19:48, the Nairi Medical Center reported that a 67-year-old resident of Talin, Azat T., was transported to medical assistance with a gunshot wound, accompanied by several individuals.
The responding operational group established that Azat T., his son, and four other individuals were dining at the restaurant complex when a 46-year-old man accidentally pulled a gun from his bag, resulting in an accidental discharge, injuring his hand and causing Azat T. to suffer a wound to the abdomen. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
An investigation is underway, and circumstances are being clarified.
