Fire Breaks Out in Gyumri Home; Firefighters Discover Bodies of 3 and 5-Year-Old Girls in Bedroom

On May 4, a tragic and horrific incident occurred in the Shirak Province. According to Shamshyan.com, at around 08:00, the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs' Emergency Situations department received a call at the 9-11 crisis management national center reporting a fire in a home on Matnishyan Street in Gyumri.
According to the website, the entire roof of the house and two rooms were completely burned. After extinguishing the fire, firefighters and police discovered the bodies of two girls, aged 3 and 5, in the bedroom, with burns and smoke inhalation injuries.
