A strong wind in Omsk has overturned a shed, causing it to topple onto a woman. Footage circulating online shows the moment the structure was lifted into the air and subsequently struck the passerby, who then falls to the ground.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations has warned that winds in the city are expected to intensify on April 29, reaching up to 22 meters per second.
