Airline Books Ticket for 101-Year-Old Passenger as 1-Year-Old Due to System Error
Due to a glitch in the ticket booking system, 101-year-old passenger Patricia is repeatedly assigned a seat for an infant, reports BBC.
The issue arises because American Airlines' systems appear unable to compute that Patricia was born not in 2022, but in 1922.
Similar confusion has been reported by the BBC channel.
