The road in Kiran remains closed. It should be noted that early in the morning, the residents of Kiran had blocked the Kiran-Voskepar road.

On Friday evening, it was reported that Armenia has agreed to return the villages demanded by Azerbaijan in the Tavush region, in exchange for not receiving the Armenian territories located opposite Berkaber, which are currently under Azerbaijani control. Meanwhile, the section of the interstate road adjacent to Voskepar will not be delineated at this stage, meaning it will remain under Armenian control.
