VIDEO: Black Berets Use Force Against Citizens in Kiran

In Kiran, black berets and police are using force against villagers as they attempt to clear a path. Also present in Kiran is Bishop Bagrat of the Tavush Diocese.

Earlier, we reported that the residents of Tavush had blocked one of the vehicles trying to pass through and are demanding that the individuals inside the vehicle exit. They claim that, according to their information, those inside are carrying out mapping operations.
