VIDEO: "People, there is no one deceiving you, there is no one doing dark deeds behind your back" - Vahe Ghazaryan

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Armenia, Vahe Ghazaryan, visited the village of Kiranç in the Tavush region. It should be noted that the villagers have closed the road and refuse to open it. They state that their village is at risk, and demand the suspension of the process.

“This is our land. We want our village, our land. The people have been deceived, and they no longer want to listen to anyone,” say the villagers.

Vahe Ghazaryan stated, “The governor of Tavush has said what is true: All the problems that concern you have been raised. The governor also said that people should be present at the border delimitation works. There will be nothing happening behind your backs,” he said.

Surik Petrosyan, the head of the coordinating staff for “For Armenian Statehood,” asked whether the residents of Kiranç should determine where the border passes, to which the Minister of Internal Affairs responded, “People who know nothing come and disturb matters. I have come to speak with the people of Kiranç. I have come to say, ‘People, there is no one deceiving you, there is no one doing dark deeds behind your back; you will be informed about everything.’”
