Tension in Tavush: Police Open the Road

Police have reopened the Armenia-Georgia interstate highway, which had been blocked by residents of Tavush since early morning. Some of the protesters agreed to remove their vehicles after being promised a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister on Monday, who will address their concerns.

According to reports from Sputnik Armenia, there were vehicles whose drivers could not be located. Police attempted to move them, but were unsuccessful.
