To Participate or Not to Participate in the Parade: "Hraparak"
"Hraparak" newspaper reports: "On May 7, Vladimir Putin's inauguration is scheduled. This year also marks the 10th anniversary of the Eurasian Economic Union, which is presided over by Armenia. On May 8, Moscow will host the anniversary summit of the EAEU, followed by the traditional Victory Parade on May 9.
The intrigue over the past weeks has been whether Prime Minister Pashinyan will participate in these events and whether he will stay for the parade. The Armenian government is not disclosing any information, providing a nonsensical statement: 'The Prime Minister's Office will provide appropriate information about all visits in due time.' However, within the ruling Civil Contract party, there are discussions that Pashinyan might attend both the inauguration and the EAEU summit, but it is possible that he will not attend the parade. Nevertheless, this is not yet final."
