Iran Plans to Strengthen Military Cooperation with Russia, Says Ambassador

Iran intends to strengthen military cooperation with Russia. This was announced by Iran's ambassador to Russia, Kazem Jalali, as reported by РИА Новости.

“All reports about Iran-Russia defense cooperation and the use of Iranian equipment in certain regional conflicts do not correspond to reality. Iran is determined to continue strengthening defense ties with Russia in accordance with international law,” the ambassador stated.

The Iranian ambassador assured that the cooperation between Russia and Iran is not aimed against third countries.
