Traffic Organization Changes in Yerevan

In an effort to improve traffic flow in the capital, changes to the organization of traffic will be implemented at the intersection of Azatutyan Avenue and Varshavyan Street starting April 16, 2024. This information was provided by the Yerevan Municipality.

Specifically, instead of the previous restriction allowing traffic from Varshavyan Street to Azatutyan Avenue to turn “only right,” vehicles will now be permitted to proceed “both right and left.” However, U-turns from Azatutyan Avenue towards the ‘Lambada’ Bridge towards the intersection with Babayan Street will be prohibited.

Relevant traffic signs will be installed and road markings will be implemented in the specified area.
