«That guy doesn’t exist». Hakob Aslanyan on the incident involving him in public transport
He is a "paid provocateur," trying to show he has so much courage that he insults a pro-Nikol Pashinyan MP and blocks his way. Hakob Aslanyan, a member of the ruling party, commented on the incident that occurred today in public transport, where one of the citizens prevented him from getting off the bus, calling the MP a "anti-Armenian degenerate." According to Aslanyan, the young man was "carrying out the orders of his masters," which is why he was filming what was said and how he was addressed.
"He's doing all this for money, nothing more. If he had something to say to me, he could have gotten off the bus, followed me, and shared what he thinks. Why was he filming?" noted the MP.
When asked if he was injured during the scuffle, Aslanyan replied that if anyone were to be injured, it should have been him. It is reported that the ruling party MP will not refer the case to the police. "That guy doesn’t exist so much that I would waste the police’s time, diverting them from their important work. Of course, he would love it if I filed a police report, and he became well-known, but I won't take such a step," concluded Hakob Aslanyan.
Additionally, the President of the National Assembly of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, addressed the incident in public transport on his Telegram channel and stated, "This hooligan act will quickly receive the strictest response from the law—let no one doubt that."
