Mother Armenia Sues Avinyan

'Mother Armenia' argues that this process violated the law, as the quorum required for the so-called swearing-in ceremony was not met. The demand is to declare the special session of the Yerevan City Council on October 13, 2023, during which the mayor's swearing-in took place, as unlawful.
