Trump: 'We continue to distribute billions of dollars in gifts'

The Republican Party is considering the possibility of restoring aid to Ukraine, but only in the form of loans, according to former U.S. President Donald Trump. This information was reported by rbc.ru.

"Regarding the aid bill for Ukraine, we are thinking about turning it into a loan rather than just a gift. We continue to distribute billions of dollars in gifts," emphasized Trump.

He also called on European countries to take a step forward in helping Ukraine, arguing that they have suffered more from the Ukrainian conflict.

"The situation in Ukraine would never have happened if I were president. And everyone says this, including Democrats. It causes outrage among people. Millions of people are dying, millions on both sides," added the former U.S. president.
