Iran Could Have Carried Out Operations Ten Times More Extensive, Says Chief of Staff

Iran could have launched operations ten times more extensive against Israel but chose to merely punish the adversary, stated Mohammad Baqeri, Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces. This information was reported by TASS.

“We could have carried out ten times more operations, but we attempted to ensure that this was merely punishment,” Baqeri said, as quoted by the Iranian Press TV channel.

Baqeri added that Iran would “deal with” the United States if it finds that Washington has assisted Israel in carrying out aggressive actions.
